Daniel Ibrahim Kamara

Founder & President

Daniel is a passionate Christian leader with a track record in youth leadership and community development programs. He is an evangelist and sustainability leader who has spearheaded evangelistic and community development initiatives in rural and slum communities in Sierra Leone for almost a decade. He holds a B.A in Political Science from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, and a  Masters in Development Practice from the University of California, Berkeley in the USA.  He also holds several professional certificates in Program Management, Community Development, Evangelism, Christian Leadership, etc. Daniel has worked with International Organizations like Save the Children International and Restless Development on Education, Youth Development, Adolescent Health, Climate Change, and Program Development. His passion for the kingdom of God and building communities’ social well-being pioneered the formation of Salvation World Mission.

An Ethiopian Sub Awards Manager at Save the Children International with a total experience of 17+ years working in Humanitarian and Development sectors. Desta has experience in Finance, Grants, and Supply Chain Management. During all these years of my career, he worked in four INGOS and one Un Agency, contributing significantly to the successful design and implementation of more than 15 projects, specifically focusing on improving operational efficiencies and delivering qualities.

He holds an MBA in Finance, an MSC in Organizational Development and Human Resource Management, and a BA in Management. He is currently a student of CIMA.

He accepted Jesus as his personal savior and Lord in 2000, and since then, he has been serving in student fellowships during his college years and within the church after graduating. He always feels privileged and happy whenever he gets to serve Lord Jesus, especially in evangelism, Church planting, and supporting needy children and Youth.

Victoria Squire

A passionate Sierra Leonean Development Practitioner with a track record of excellence and astounding commitment to delivering results for children and youths in Sierra Leone and beyond. Victoria holds a BSc and a Masters degrees from the University of Sierra Leone. She has worked in the development sector across local and international NGOs for 12 years. She firmly believes in Christ and has championed Christian evangelistic works. She is the CEO of Every Child Matters, an organization that seeks to support boys and girls, including children with disabilities, to become what they are meant to be. She works with Save the Children International as the Advocacy, Policy, and Campaigns Manager, working with national and global policymakers to accelerate efforts in making the world a better place for children. Her faith in Christ and passion for humanity keep drawing her closer to communities and social development programs. 

A church leader who has served in the Kingdom for almost two decades. Dedicated to preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Pastor Joseph has served in many Christian leadership positions, from campus ministries to actively becoming a pastor at the New Harvest Global Ministries in Sierra Leone. Pastor Joseph is the Senior Pastor at one the largest New Harvest Branches in the country. He is married to his beautiful wife, with whom they both serve in the ministry and continue changing lives. The pastor also works in development programs, in which he currently works at FINE-SL in Sierra Leone. His commitment to changing lives is one to recline with.
